Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at poser@posercompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The return must be received by POSER within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per package.
We do not accept returns based on a "Change of Mind"
REFUNDS
After receiving the returned item, POSER will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus a 25% restocking fee. POSER will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to POSER. In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at POSER HQ 6075 THE CORNERS PKWY SUITE 104, PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA 30092
You will then receive an E-Gift Card for the value of your exchanged item, minus a 25% restocking fee which you can use to purchase the new item you would like.
